Brake hoods needed

Could some kind soul let me know how to get the correct replacement rubber hoods for these 9spd Sora shifters, which are perishing?

The bike is a 2011 Giant Defy 3.

Thanks - the problem is I can't see the model number of the shifters marked on them, so I don't really know.

Have you pulled the hoods upto reveal the body of the shifters. There should be a model number stamped on it somewhere.
Or on the inside of the lever.

St. John St. Cycles stock a variety of replacement hoods, that's where I got hoods for my BL-R400 levers.

Sadly SJS don't have them in stock - the part number you need is Y6VX98100, but they are discontinued however aliexpress have aftermarket ones here for cheap cheap cheap.

Back in the day we had to buy aftermarket hoods for our Weinmann brakes. Dunno how as it was very pre internet. Sourced a great pair - only issue was the name. Dae Yung.
