If you just want to replace old for new using new levers and new cables then no problem. If you're just replacing the cables [and removing the "extra" levers from the old ones] then the new ones should still fit ok.
Just check the shape of the cable nipple matches and all should be well.

Poundland (in Birmingham) have front inner brake cables at the moment. I don't think they're much more than that anyway.

universal brake cables come with two different nipples at each end - one for road bike brakes (top), t'other for mtb (lower). you cut off the one that you do not need for fitting.
