Yes, take a look at bike radar; it has a dedicated thread. Posted times range from < 6 mins to more sedate >10 mins.

When judged from maps I think Ditchling must be more demanding.

Coincidently, I was looking for information on Box Hill this afternoon and trying to compare it directly with Bitchling Ditchling Beacon

From what I can tell, BH is slightly less climbing than DB, in about double the distance Can somebody confirm this please?

I suppose this would make it considerably easier than the Beacon?

National Trust. Only outdoor seating though - not so snug in the winter, though there is a shop you can get into.

Or, got to Harley's Cafe in Dorking - butties you can kill a horse with.
