I got a new back wheel this week a continental gator skin, I never had a problem with the previous wheel. I have pumped it up to full pressure 110 psi now it feels like the wheel is bouncing off the road even when the road is smooth the wheel doesnt look buckled even tried chainging the inner tube what could be causing this.

Do you mean wheel or tyre?
Flat spot on the the rim?
Gatorskin is a tyre, its an excellent tyre, have you seated it on the rim correctly?
Has the beading been damaged?
Let out most of the air, ensure its seated on the rim by pushing it down, pump up again stopping every so often to push down again until pumped up but try it at about 95psi to start.

Fitting error (i.e. your error) - not the tyre. Talc the inner tube, and the inside of the tyre (for when you first fit). This will help you make fitting much easier and the tube will be less likely to get a pinch flat. Also make sure the tube has a little air in it before fitting. If you can, avoid using tyre levers to fit as much as possible. If you do need to use them for the last few inches, be careful and check for it catching.

Also the talc will help the tyre to seat correctly in the rim. Always worth checking the fit by spinning the back wheel after fitting.

Check rim for out of true and the fitting of the tyre to ensure it's seated.

Can't be the tyre, never had a bad one must be the wheel causing the bouncing. The pinching might be caused when fitting the tyre as they can be quite hard to get over the bead.

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
Here is a link to the helpful video from Spa Cycles tyre fitting
I have never had to use tyre levers following this. Once you have the tyre on, turn the wheel squeezing the walls of the tyre together so as to check that the inner tube is not visible (pinched) under the tyre beads. This also helps seat the tyre correctly. I also like to turn and bounce the wheel after partially inflating the tube - to remedy any twisting in the inner tube. Talc helps too.

+1 if the tyre is correctly seated your rim could still be out of true radially , if you have been running a lower pressure tyre it could have been hiding it.

I have run Gator skins for over a year and they are very good tyres.
