Bottom Bracket Tools For Campagnolo

I managed not only to order but also fit the wrong bottom bracket on a bike I'm botching together.
I'm now ordering some Campagnolo Ultra Torque cups and joyfully note than I need another tool to fit these - UT-BB130 at £20!
Do I actually need this or is there another way?

Appreciate any help and/or the loan of a UT-BB130!!!!!!
