bottom bracket spacers

hi guys need some help with bottom bracket spacers i am building a cross bike fsa external bb compact chain set bb shell is 68 mm do ineed to add any spacers to the cups different web sites offer conflicting advice

IIRC you dont use the spacers with doubles...
Google Full Speed Ahead, find your particular BB and theres a pdf with assembly instructions. It goes into detail there.
