So decided to remove my bottom bracket.... but by it either being stuck or me being superman I mangled the splines.....

Can I actually get it out now?

Yep, take it to a shop.
They'll give it to the 'new guy' who'll have to get it out somehow.
The home alternative is probably something like repeatedly and carefully drilling into the BB itself, carefully missing the frame and BB shell each time, until you've removed enough material that you can get tools in there to prise the rest of the now-ruined mechanism out.

I think that is the non-drive side looking at the top pic.

I'd try and take the drive side off, remove the axle and then spray with something that will loosen the bond (see stuck seatpost threads - eg Gas Plus or Caustic Solution).

When using the splined tool it is important to clamp it to the splines in the BB so it doesn't slip and damage the splines.

Good advice here - you can use the crank arm bolt with a large washer to hold the tool in place. Plenty of vids on youtube to help determine direction of turn required to undo each side as you are dealing with left and right hand threads.

It looks as if you were turning it the right way - to me it looks like non drive side (anti-clockwise to remove as you look at it)

Often on these type of bottom brackets the non drive side fitting is actually plastic - difficult to tell from the pics what yours is but the way the splines have gone may suggest it to be the case.

If it is plastic it will hopefully make it that bit easier to remove - once the drive side is out. Just be very careful not to damage the threads in the frame
