Bottom bracket knocking

My Charge Plug is three months old and I can hear a rhythmic knocking that only happens under pedalling, not freewheeling and I think its coming from the bottom bracket. Does anyone know what this is? Is it the bottom bracket knackering itself from the inside?!

Could be the BB, could also be a loose crank or pedals going awry.

Had my rear wheel nicked and when the insurance company replaced it with a Halo aerorage and a new chain the knocking has stopped! Must have been the freewheel sprocket, enjoy it thieving bastards!!
