Open Excel, right click on an existing toolbar and enable a new toolbar called "Text to Speech" (has to be Excel 2003)

Type text into cell and highlight it

Turn sound on

Press the left "Text to Speech" toolbar button "Speak Cells"

Viola! Steven Hawking calls your son gay...........
