Bone Sportive Question about Feed Zones

This might seem like a really silly question, but the soon-to-be Mrs PW has entered us both on the 2015 Dragon Ride. Her on the Corto (43km) and me on the Medio Fonod (153km)........ I've never ridden one, and wondered what happens at the Feed Zones...... does everyone get off and have an enjoyable 30 mins cake stop, or just grab a musette on the whizz past ?

Get off, queue and fill your bottles at the water barrell / energy drink, stuff your face from a selection of home made flap jacks, cake, banana pieces and sweets. Some will stop for a chat and not worry how long they spend in the feed zone others will stop for as short a time as possible and a few might not even stop at all.

Personally my priority is pee, fill the bottles, fuel up ASAP, ride! Others maybe more social, up to you. You've paid your money to enjoy yourself in whatever capacity you want, either going out for a jolly enjoying the craic or pushing for the best time you can! It's a good challenging route the Medio, and the downhills are absolutely mint!! ENJOY
