Bolts for an old Reynolds 453 Falcon

Venturing out of the beginners section for the first time, don't bite!

Does anyone know what kind of bolt I need to attach the little plastic cable guide on the bottom bracket? It's a Falcon with 453 tubing from the 80's I believe, just had it powedercoated and the bastards kept all the bolts! Also does anyone know if the bottle cage bolts are m5 like new bikes or are they different too?

M5 sounds about right...I've used shoegoo in the past

Shoegoo was enough to hold stop it moving about? I might give that a go then, thanks for the help!

Yes it's quite a nice light frame, looks beautiful with the new powdercoat as well!
