Hello!!
I am currently organising Bobath Wales’ annual Lon Las cycle ride. This year the event takes place between 22nd – 27th May 2015, it is a fantastic 254 miles from Holyhead to Cardiff in a spectacular 6 day challenge that covers some of Wales' most breathtaking scenery.
This challenge not for the faint hearted, cyclists will cross three distinct mountain ranges, but the rewards are more than worth it. From quiet rural lanes, rolling green countryside and old industrial and agricultural heritage, Lon Las really captures the richness and diveristy of Wales.
Minimum sponsorship is £900.00 and includes, accommodation, meals, support vehicle and lots of homemade cakes. If anyone is interested in this fantastic challenge and would like a Lon Las 2015 pack which outlines all the finer details, please contact me on niar@bobathwales.org
Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales is a registered charity that provides specialist therapy to children throughout Wales who have cerebral palsy. Each year we need to raise £1,000,000 to continue to provide this specialist therapy to children throughout Wales who have cerebral palsy.
