I'm happy with my urban comp. That said, I much prefer my drop handle bar bike for my 10 mile commute - its faster despite being 20% heavier and having wider tyres, and its more comfortable (though I expect that's a personal thing). Don't know if the team is worth extra, though you can now get it for the original price of the comp
