Boardman bibs

Anyone any experience of boardman bib shorts? On offer at Halford tempted. Tia

I bought a pair of their bottom of the range ones, and the stitching started to come away on the first ride: I was glad of this, as it meant I could return them - they were the most uncomfortable shorts I've ever worn

Thanks, the ones I was looking at were £35 down to £28 if you buy 3 pairs, so probably the same ones. Won't bother.

They have a pretty thin pad, only really good for commuter duties and not a long ride.

Their MTB shorts are quite good.

Bought a pair of their bibs and the pad split into two after about ten rides. Shame as they were relatively conmfortable.
