I’m thinking a dab of superglue and all will be well 🤔🙏 joking aside it looks like the actual dial was literally glued on to the shoe. They have done a few thousand miles, but still.

BOA dials have a lifetime warranty, separate to the shoe. However, in this case the dial is fine and what failed is the bond between it and the shoe itself. You say they've done a 'few thousand miles' so likely still under warranty?

A long shot - but what about taking them to a cobblers ? They glue soles and heels back on so they must have some good glues they can use ?
