Been having some real trouble getting any brake on the rear wheel. Have replaced the full system and set it up correctly and still no brake. When there is no weight on the bike the wheel locks when brake is applied but as soon as any weight is on .... no brakes. The rims are made of some kind of plasticky alloy stuff..... could this be problem or am i missing something else. Thanks
