I have just came back from my club cycle, and today I pushed myself harder than usual. I also knocked on the way back home. Once I got back my lips were blue, what causes this? How can I avoid it again? I don't think it was the cold, because I was BOILING.

Many reasons for blue lips, mainly to do with lack of oxygen in your blood or low body temperature, just do a search on the net for it and then you'll have a sleepless night wondering if you'll still be here tommorow.
