Hi guys . Noticed today that my lips turn a pale blue after training . Noticed it in the past after a hard run and then today after a 27 mile cycle . Been training now on a regular basis now as past 12 years and have had this on and off ..

I'm no expert but that doesn't sound good - circulation problem?? I'd get an appointment with your GP asap or phone NHS Direct (assuming you're in England?!?).

cyanosis, Not good, get an appointment made with the GP. could be lots of things so not going to speculate.

GET TO THE GP if it wasn't clear enough in the 1st line

After a heart attack 20 years ago and cardiac stenosis building up over the last 2 years requiring angioplasty 2 months ago, take my advice and everyone elses here and go see your quack sharpish.

Hopefully nothing too serious but get it checked

As others have said, get down your Doctors ASAP.

sod the doctors i would be at a&e worst case scenario youve got a blood clot effecting the amount of oxygen going around your body or a lung condition. could be any number of things though

I've got to agree with everyone else - this is not a good sign. GP ASAP.

A&E if you collapse, have chest pains, uncontrollable bleeding etc , otherwise GP or NHS direct to ease the strain on an already overworked service. if NHS direct say go to A&E thats fine. your GP will likely refer you to a specialist

I've seen too many horror films, I'm thinking zombie things. If you're doing 27 miles etc. bent over without stopping maybe your circulation is blue screen of deathing. Stop and stretch maybe, I'd go to the Doc. though if it was me.
