Blimey ... what a difference

I was struggling with the Double Chainset on my Cannondale Synapse so i had a triple fitted in the week and the difference is fantastic

Thanks to all who gave advice on how i could lower the gear ratios on my other thread ... i'm glad i did'nt try to do it on the cheap as i'm really enjoying my riding now that the triple is on
