How hard can it be to replace a TPA and the rear brake line and refill/bleed a set of Evo II HS33's for pity's sake?

Super fiddly annoying job which, when completed, then requires one to completely re-do the setup on the rear brake as the only way to get to the fill screw is by taking the mount bolt for the slave cylinder out so as to swing the brake arch out of the way.

Oh well it is over for now.

any hints or tips for easing the setup of the brakes?

Ask Spandex, he knows how to bleed everything.

I have just sent you an email.

Thanks, funny how the EVO brake booster that you fit in chapter 6 step 14 mysteriously vanishes by chapters 9 and 10. ;)

Any chance you can explain what the heck to do in the event I need to take a wheel off - easiest option seems just to let the tyre down rather than disturb the brakes....

That's right letting the tyre down is the best way

and I thought I was going slightly mad with that one.

Thanks for your help; will finish them off tomorrow evening.

Thanks all; job done last night ready for Winchester - Arundel on the SDW tomorrow.

I have a sordid little secret. I had reassembled the rear master cylinder without the spring in it. ;) It popped out  when I removed the TPA and I never noticed it was gone until I found it on the workbench.

Oh the shame
