Blackuburn System X6 need a control circuit or advice how to repair

Hi,

My Blackburn X6 system not working
It charges ok but there is no power on output.
Have no idea how to fix it so need to replace a control circuit from the battery.
Does anyone have a used or broken battery (with working circuit) for sale?
