Bit on the Side?

Posted on behalf of someone who does not use the Interweb.
Are there any on line plans I could print off for him that show how to build and attach a sidecar chassis to a pedal cycle please? He only wants something he could put a box or planks on for moving very light gardening equipment. (Mower, rake, spade etc)
He tried building a trailer but had trouble finding anything that worked well as a swivel joint and thought the sidecar idea would be simpler. (He also has experience riding a motorcycle and sidecar)

Surely a trailer is much simpler! He just needs to improve is swivel design.
