Prices below all ‘per person’, for the standard event 3 nights of
b’n’b and evening meals accommodation: that's 3 overnights, 3
breakfasts, 3 evening meals and 4 days of cycling. So the first
evening meal provided is Friday and first breakfast on Saturday.
The food is top quality and portions generous. ☺
- Single is £140
- Twin occupancy is intended for couples or a pair of friends booking together.
- Twin is £125
- Twin en-suite is £150 (email me first for availability)
- Camper van, caravan or tent is £85
Want a longer holiday ?
There's also an option to pay for and increase your stay to 4 or 5
nights. The self-catering extra nights options, are Monday 2nd
and/or Tuesday 3rd. All can use the common room kitchen to make
breakfast, drinks, meals etc. Those with rooms inside add £20 per
person per night. Those camping outside add £10 per person per night.

Vegetarian meals are available, but please request to me when you
book. Also, have you any other specific dietary requests I can pass on
to the catering team?

Arrive before 10am on Friday and you'll have time to go cycling,
otherwise ensure you arrive before 6.pm in time for the meal serving.
Despite there being no formal ride leaders or route organisers the
surrounding area is perfect for cycling, and with so many enthusiasts
staying at the school there will be opportunities galore to go out
cycling each day as part of a friendly group.
BikeRite is a sociable get together, sharing & celebrating our cycling
enthusiasms and having fun awheel. Responsibilities for rides are
shared amongst us. We are a mutually supportive bunch of cyclists. Our
‘impromptu style excursions’ are listed daily by us on the ©‘Event
Info Display Board’. Rides and route suggestions appear the night
before and early each morning, so that there’s time to decide where to
go and discuss plans with each other. Some may care to ‘guide’ if they
are familiar with the area, can map read, or have one of those gizmos
that detect orbiting satellite location data.
Participants pay for the spacious school surroundings and services of
accommodation, food and facilities. We are responsible for rides and
evening entertainment, which is why it’s such a great value get
together!
