To cut a long story short...
I've ordered a Garmin from the above site, they're Spanish, I received the usual confirmation email as soon as I ordered it but every day since then I've received a further email asking for more info, see below for a quote:
"We receive your order but please for security we need to ask you for the extract of this operation with Bikeinn in concret we need to see the amount paid, the date, the operation number and your name, and country if we have not an answer we will cancel this order."
The English is a little broken and I havent a clue what the operation number is, I've replied each time asking for clarification, but keep getting pretty much the same request until yesterday when they asked for bank info...I got pi$$ed off at this point and updated the bank(paid by mastercard).
Bikeinn did say on their first email that the item would be dispatched by 15th so I'm not panicking just yet and item may arrive,
So, have any of you heard of or had experience of this outfit?
