Bike value estimate please(Ribble ultra lite)

I'm eyeing tacx neo bundled with Ribble untralite ultralite race with 105 groupset, appears to be 58-60 cm frame.
Assuming all is in good order, what is reasonable value of the bike, 300-£400?

Ultralite 10 speed 2017 full 105.
Just a couple very minor scratches.

Only ones I've seen on eBay are 11 speed ulterga or compag, for someone with 0 knowledge of road groupsets it's hard to compare.

Now how apex compares to 105?
From my extremely limited experience I wouldn't touch apex with a barge pole....

Apex and 10 speed 105 pretty much equivalent, operation different, weight similar. Horses for courses. I much prefer SRAM myself
