Bike stolen from East London E14 (isle of dogs/canary wharf)

Saracen Urban Cross, blue, from 2017 stolen last night from locked underground carpark by someone with professional angle grinder cutting through gold standard (and alarmed) D-lock. CCTV will be checked extensively to see if we can do anything, but if you see a bike like this please do report it to the police.
