Already done the London to Paris Bike Ride? Then why not take part in Asthma UK’s newest and toughest cycling challenge, Coast to Coast Ireland? Over 2 days cycle from Galway on the west coast to buzzing Dublin in the east.
Cyclists will meet in Dublin on Thursday afternoon and travel by coach to Galway where you will enjoy a welcome dinner and a good nights rest for the days ahead.
On Friday you will travel around Galway Bay and follow the Irish Sea south to Burren National park. From here the team will head east past Lough Derg and the river Shannon before arriving at Tullamore for the overnight stop.
The second day will see the team travel through County Offaly and County Kildare. Then Wicklow Mountains offers a challenging climb to our team up to the highest point in Ireland at Sally Gap. After this it is the final roll down in to Dublin.
