Bike Rack for Spare Wheel?

Hi, I need to cycle further afield. I have a Suzuki 4x4 vitara with spare wheel on back.
Has anyone any recommendations for a bike rack and suppliers that fits over the spare wheel.
I have found a Buzz Beetle 4x4; Mont Blanc CM08 and Halfords version.

although I have a boot rack I never use it, preferring to lend it out so others can get their bikes nicked or trashed carry bikes inside the wife's car.
