Bike Mounting a GS3 phone in a case - any ideas?

I’m wondering if there is a ‘phone holding solution’ for a GS3 held in an Otterbox Commuter case.

I’m new to road biking and new to the area so was thinking of setting some routes and using the sat nav on my phone. Last time I went out I was forever stopping to figure out where I was going.

My mate has a decent waterproof holder for his iphone with no case but there is no chance of my phone fitting in it.

Any suggestions?

Get yourself a garmin instead of fannying round with your phone!

Tigra Sport do a dedicated case for the S3, and it also fits in the Universal one (which is the one I have). Mounts very securely to the handlebars or the stem, and unclips easily. The universal case has space inside for an external battery, and there's leads for a headset and charging. Cheapest place I found for the Universal was the Halfords website.

You'll need to take the case off, though.

+1 for the tigra it's a great case and the one I use swivels, secure and easy to take off the bike I'm afraid you won't find anything that will hold it in another case.

the battery life will be terrible and if you fall off its buggered
