Other than bearings, is the brake snagging on the rotor? Pads OK and brakes adjusted correctly? It could be bearings, but it seems easier to check the brakes before going to that palaver.

Check that the wheel rim can't move from side to side in the frame, if it's loose it will be very clear to you. Then take the wheel out and check that the bearings rotate smoothly with no play.

Then check the freehub spins smoothly and freely.

Then come cack and tell us what you find.

If it is bearing wear you will feel play in the wheel if you try to rock it side to side. Normally this would manifest itself as a rumble, or even groaning. From your video yours sounds more like a clicking, which could be the pawls in the freehub getting a bit sticky - especially with the weather turning a bit colder which tends to make grease and oil a bit less runny. If the wheel is spinning nicely with no play, it would be worth trying a spray of a Teflon based spray into the freehub to see if it frees anything off. If trying to wobble the wheel sideways reveals any side play it is probably time to replace the bearings.

My bike makes a weird noise when going up steep hills. Sound a bit like a warthog with tourette's syndrome - a sort of weird wheezy sweary sound

*edit: just realised...it's not the bike making the noise............
