bike frame indentity

ive just acquired a old rod frame bicycle with sloping top tube, but carnt see a makers name on it, only the frame number that is DZ3209. can anyone please tell me the makers name and year if poss. thanks simon

I was looking at one of my old frames yesterday and it too had a frame number of DZ32--- My bike is a 1935 Sun horizontal top tube though.
