Bike for sale

Hello everyone, l have seen a bike for sale on French ebay it is a Manufrance 70/75 whatever that means.Can anyone tell me anything about these velo course machines. This one looks a bit rough !!

I had never heard of Manufrance, but I took a look at Wikapedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manufrance This says that it was a mail order company that had its bikes etc made by third parties – so the name may not tell you much about it.

I think I have found the same bike on ebay. I take the 70/75 to be the estimated production date and the bike seems to be fitted out with the parts you would expect on a decent French bike from that era. (Simplex gears, Mafac brakes, Mavic rims, etc.)

All in all, the bike looks like an interesting project – if it stays at anything like the current low price.
