bike fitting

hi i live in oxfordshire and would like to get my bike professionally fitted just to be sure
its all OK.
can anyone recommend a few good places local to me or a bit of a travel if its worth it

Before you dump the money into a local fitting, give this a go:

Competitive Cyclist Fit Calculator

It's by far the best one I've seen, and if you take your time, follow the directions exactly, it will get you 90% of the way to an ideal fit. You're always going to tweak slightly, whether after a calculator or professional fitting, but this one tends to be very very good ..

Just go to your local bike shop they should be able to measure you up and advise accordingly.

Afl2 I don't know if they would mate, they good a good range of bikes there but not really into fitting tbh.
I will try the calculator approach and then tweak it if it needs to be done

I would second this but get someone to help with the measurements and do them a few times to be sure. Interestingly, or at least for my dimensions, for a road bike this site gives very accurate results as well:-
