Fred Williams on Snow Hill in Wolverhampton is supposed to be pretty good Steve. Haven't used myself but got a colleague who swears by them.

UNfortunatly the Spesh one costs £120 and you have to be over 18.

Epic Cycles over near Tenbury Wells.
No direct experience of the fitting as I went to Paul Hewitts, and it is a bit of a trek, but they seem to know what they are talking about when I have been in the shop just browsing.
Some nice "Bike Porn" there as well

can heartily recommend Paul Hewitt - £50 is all it costs - which you'll get back when you buy a frame or bike from him. If you want him to apply the new measurements to your bike, it's £25.
It's a great shop all round really and well worth the 300 mile round trip that I made.......

I'd try one of the recommended shops for advice even if they don't offer a formal 'bike fitting'. I'm sure that they'd be very accommodating/encouraging to a young lad just getting into the sport! Alternatively, is there anyone (an experienced cyclist!) in a local club or from on here who might help you out??
