Hello guys
I've been riding a year now and love it. I'm getting faster and faster but want to go even faster. When I bough my bike from my local bike shop I got sized up on it and never had any pains. Been looking at companies that offer a proper bike got and cleat setup and they say you can get at least 5% more from the bike. Any of u guys had this service? What u think? Also any recommendations? I've found a place down brighton called brighton bike fit which look good!!
