Had my bike fit today, had my Synapse 7 weeks or so and have had no issues with comfort so far and it's a comfortable ride other than my fitness issues.

Had the bars adjusted, the saddle was moved back and up slightly. Also had my cleats moved slightly forward and the left one was towed in a tad.

Not had chance to try out the differences yet but i'm looking forward to doing so.
Has anybody else had the bike fit and noticed any improvements?

Had a full Specialized fit a few weeks ago - cleats went back, saddle back and up a little and set level, bars up a lot and position of the shifters changed a lot. Also has insoles and shims fitted into my shoes. Feels very different, more power in the legs, no hint of chafing anywhere and no pain in my shoulders. Still have some knee issues to resolve, but it feels a lot better. Wish I'd had it done 6 years ago when I bought this bike!

Had my long awaited bike fit last week and have seen a drop in comfort. Now getting pins n needles in right foot and left foot can feel a small ache towards the small toe. (my feet were measured and the cleats adjusted) The bars were angled down a touch to aid wrist comfort but again more pins n needles. This is from just a 16 mile ride with occasional stops for red lights etc. I wonder if flipping the stem would alleviate this?
The new measurements for anyone that can make sense of them are:
seat height 77cm
saddle setback 8.5cm
seat tip to bar 54.5cm
seat tip to lever 63cm
drop 4.2cm
stem length 110mm
stem angle -6degree
handlebar width 44cm
handlebar drop 125mm
handlebar type compact
Think i will persevere for a short while to see if it's me that needs to adjust, then if no improvement i will just tweak it back to where i was happy originally.
The bike is back in the LBS for it's 8 week check today so i will ask there for an opinion also. More worryingly there is a clicking noise coming from the headset when turning but that's something these guys can advise on.
Also, i thought (for those of you who remember my bitching a while back) that my BB was on the way out again as it was grinding a bit under load but when i think about it it was when i was in particular gears. The gear change across the range is silky smooth but i wonder if the indexing would stop the grinding as it is not constant...
Bikes eh?
