Bike fit fitters ?

Hi Y'all.

Was wondering if anyone knows of a good bike fitter to fit my feet & keep me fit.

Essentially in the North West area (I am in the 'burbs' of Manchester).

My main aim is to get my cleat position & float set up spot on & prevent injury.

I have read plenty of 'how to' articles in cycle mags & just don't get it, so need someone to show me how to do it for myself & do an initial set up.

I also need to check stem length & saddle height are good (I know my frame sizing is right - no probs there).

How much roughly does this cost & has anyone done it & benefitted ?

I know a good few people who have used their services. Most of those do so on the recommendation of a club mate, who used them on a recommendation of a pro rider or 2.

I will be booking in to see him @ Mcr Velodrome in next couple of months so Ta guys.

Pedalprecision was brilliant for me but make sure you chase him for your measurements. Not the greatest at admin.

Did you get back down to the comments though, the part where he is going back to Cadencesport?

I am useless at admin too but this is his profession so yes, when I have scraped the pennies together & see him I will surely make sure I get my print out.

I am not sure I would read too much into that as Richard was encouraging come back if things were not quite right. Just wonder why the blogger didn't? Certainly all the guys that went to him from our group were satisfied.

I had mine done at Cadence with Adrian, sorted out a 40 year old foot problem that a few people on here may have.
