Im thinking about having a bike fit as I want to up the mileage and make sure Im not doing myself any damage. I dont feel uncomfortable on the bike, and I dont get any aches and pains. I dont usually get to do mor than 20 to 30 miles at a time, so when I do a longer ride I can feel that I have done more work, but as I said not really aches or pains.
The 2 I have been considering are the BG Fit at the specialized concept store in Brum, or Bikedynamics ( http://www.bikedynamics.co.uk/contactUs.htm ).
So, anyone used either of these or someone similar adn what was your thoughts on it? Worth the money, waste of cash? Any improvements in comfort?
EDIT: Cadence sport get good reviews and are a contender too http://www.cadencesport.co.uk/
