Bike Charge Dynamo

I read a very short piece in Saturday's Guardian about the Bike Charge Dynamo. http://www.ibikeconsole.com/detail.asp?catid=71298&subcatid=0&pdtid=571697

I like the idea of this, though it looks a touch ugly for a road bike, to allow me to use an iPhone app for navigation, route recording etc. I would only be an occasional user and though I've tried a Garmin didn't get on with it at all - many issues and Evans kindly refunded me.

I imagine the lights could be a useful backup but for me the main interest is to keep the phone charged whilst using GPS.

Has anyone experience with this bit of kit?

I cant find the Guardian article and wonder about the lights aspect, but I've been keeping an eye out for dynamo\usb phone chargers and this is cheaper than the other options I have seen.

Any chance of someone using their Google-fu and getting a Guardian link?

I have (and so far rather like) the Pedalpower SIC cable. I wasn't enamoured of their "piggy-back" spade terminals so I rearranged things, and now use a Tamiya connector up near the dyno light, so I can connect/disconnect at will.
