Bigger 'go to last unread' link?

Hopefully the attached image makes it obvious what I'm talking about. On any page that lists threads, the links which take me to the first unread post in a given thread is incredibly small. Since this is a much more common operation (at least for me) than wishing to review all the posts I've already seen, it would be a win if the image were a bit bigger and easier to click. This applies even more so in the mobile skin.

...apart from the one you get to by clicking the "What's New" link.

Ah but ...

Try clicking on the (in your example) 'That's Cheating' bit - and you'll see that it automatically takes you the the last unread message (as posts are called nowadays).

Clever, eh ? There's no need to go to the 'tiny spot' at all.

As scoosh says - you don't need to hit the dot - just click the thread title.

The dot is just an additional visual indicator that new posts exist.

Ah, neat. That's very sensible, thank you. It didn't do that when I tried it, but I think that's because the new site has no memory of what I read on the old one

Yes, it's a new start - it didn't import your thread read history.

If you're feeling adventurous you could go to the home page and mark *all* forums read and start completely from scratch ...
