First off I scared the bejesus out of a poor PSCO who was cycling along the Castle Eden Walkway 
Had a little chat, he was out looking for kids on motorbikes apparently.
Anyway, I came back along Harrowgate Lane instead of the off-road way when I noticed a peloton of about 20 riders coming the opposite way. I shouted 'hello fellas' when I got close and got a nice chorus of 'hello' back
At least I think it was hellos, we had a closing speed of about 45mph and I was pretty knackered lol
