I was given this today, I absolutely love it. It dates from the 80s but it has some great info in it. I would of loved to have this in my stocking back in the day

There's also a section on cycle sports
I did a version of this but it was mainly riding through the woods and the brook on my grifter!

Then come the all important bike security section

I particularly love the alarm, I used to create similar under the front door mat to shock visitors.

Great find, I really love that alarm too. And the fuel conversion bookmark... lol 42p a litre! That's about how much it was when I bought my first car
