I'm a fan of Probikekit own brand shorts and tights.
Also, as DCLane pointed out in the bargains thread, ZipVit have 25% of their clothing with code ZVKIT. The shorts have good reviews (if you don't mind the colour/logo) and are £26.99 (possibly plus P&P).
