Bib Tights

Might get some for Autumn / Winter but what do I wear over them ??

It all depends what you are doing.

If you are cycling, as these tights have a pad, nothing over or under. Most tights you will buy in Britain come without the pad and you wear them with your bib shorts underneath.

Yeah but those ones are ok on the bottom but surely you need a long top and jacket over them ??

What you wear on your top half is completely up to you and weather dependant. Personally, in winter I wear a helly (or equivalent) underlayer and a cycling top.

Like bib shorts, you'll wear a jersey on top typically.

Usually a light weight short sleeved jersey with arm warmers & a wind/shower proof jacket if needed. I tend to find bibbed lycra are a fair bit warmer on the back than non-bibbed, this mostly negates the need for heaver jerseys or a base layer.
