Bib tights under or over jersey

Hi all. I am looking to see if I can get some bib tights from Aldi's on Saturday and just wondered how you wear them? I mean do you wear them under or over a cycling jersey or top. Sorry if this might seem a weird question but any photographs of models wearing them don't show how the jersey is worn. Many thanks for your help.

Funny enough, that was my thought as well - no evidence either way.
