Bianchi Zolder Pro 2020 Derailleur Hanger

Hi CycleChat,

Long story short have had an ongoing saga with a large bike store & bianchi will not bore with details. Unless any one wants them (I doubt it)

Im looking to find a Bianchi Zolder Pro 2020 derailleur hanger. A different bianchi dealer, not the store I bought from cannot source the part. Bianchi sent wrong part twice and claim they dont have part.... Bike shop owner has lost original part! So cant even try to fabricate one now.

Have tried all the usual sources and sites cant even find a picture of one online as after market part from derailleurhanger.com or marwi etc

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Had tried these guys they said not in stock in Italy warehouse, didnt reply when asked if they could get it at any stage.
Also tried Bianchi Servizio Corsa Radsport GmbH no luck.
SJS dont stock either.


The guy from derailleur hanger gave me the below info,
"Unfortunately, we do not have this hanger in our inventory of 750+ hanger types. In addition, we looked for this hanger online, including among our competitors, and could not find any suppliers for it. The only supplier we know of for this hanger is directly from Bianchi.
The closest we do have is our #754 hanger

However, that is an inside-mount hanger and does not include a threaded axle sleeve (rather, it is dependent on having a threaded axle nut). The hanger in the photos you provided is an outside-mount hanger with threaded axle sleeve.
If you are not able to find a supplier of this hanger, you may be able to work with a local frame builder or welder to repair the current hanger.We are sorry we cannot provide more help. Please let us know if you require any additional information or assistance."


Have mailed Bianchi repeatedly for a month and havent got a reply. The bianchi dealer cant even get the part for me.

Worst customer service in history.
Dont buy a Bianchi.

When I bought my new bike earlier in the year, to replace my Bianchi, a part of the reason for not buying another was the complete lack of response from Bianchi on anything. Their social media and website also suck. Their loss.
