This is one of the first big rides of the year, so it is the perfect excuse to rescue your bike from the back of the shed, dust it off and show it some TLC. Use your pedal power and join the fight for every heart beat.
Setting off from Kempton Park Race course the 40 mile route will take you through the outer fringes of London into the beautiful countryside and open roads beyond. Until you reach Christchurch Meadows in the heart of the bustling town of Reading. London to Reading is ideal for those looking to get fit, training for another event or just wanting to get a bit more active in 2014. With our training tips everyone join our fight against heart disease.
