BHF Coventry bike ride.

Today was the BHF 30/50m Coventry Bike Ride. I did the 30 miler - longest ride I've done yet. Prior to that it was 20 miles. Managed it in 2h 25m despite the wind and rain and ended up muddy as anything, but it was good fun.

Thank you so much for taking part in the Coventry Bike Ride. The weather was appalling and I was amazed so many people still came along to take part and support the riders. Well done for completing the 30 mile route. I'm glad you had a great time. Your hard work will go towards helping someone with a heart condition by funding pioneering research.
