Best way to lacquer?

Is it best to after spraying your base color to apply decals and then lacquer over?

How long should i leave the decal on before putting lacquer over it?

lacquer over decals. you need to check that lacquer is compatible - last thing you want is seeing your decals curl and drop off.

Yeah true, But it won't affect the frame that i have sprayed, heard story's somewhere that paint started bubbling or something when they applied lacquer or a week later paint started chipping off?
