How long before your ride do you eat that? Thanks.
 
I tend to eat light but eat something and depending what I'm doing (where the ride starts) my bowl of cereal will vary from 15 minutes to an hour before the ride. If the start is significantly far away I tend to top up with a cereal bar or banana 5-10 minutes before the start (sometimes I just do this anyway).
