which food would you say is best to eat before a bike ride.
rolled oats porridge with dried berries (cranberries, blueberries, raisins) and a bit of butter, two-three bananas, drink of your choice.
How long before your ride do you eat that? Thanks.
1.5 - 2h before the ride. if it's a audax i'd also have a muffin or a toast with jam and a cup of tea just before the start.
